German Master Tech was founded out of a growing frustration with how German vehicles were being serviced. Too often, highly engineered cars were pushed through volume-driven systems that prioritized speed over accuracy and sales over care.
Our founder spent years working hands-on in the automotive industry, including time inside dealership environments. While the technical skill was there, the process was broken. Rushed diagnostics, upselling, and generic recommendations eroded trust and craftsmanship.
German Master Tech was created to restore that connection. We built the shop around a condition-based approach to service, where recommendations are guided by the actual state of the vehicle, not preset schedules or quotas.
